I am facing two major problems. I have tumors on my thyroid gland and at least one of them seems to be growing. I don't have medical coverage or money to see the doctor. Also, I'm under a mountain of unpaid bills and debts. I'm working as hard as I can but I'm still way behind. Please pray for an urgent financial breakthrough that I desperately need in ten days. Thanks so much.
