Very good question. This is a question that has troubled people for many years. At one time, this would have been a very difficult question to answer.  But now with all of the advances in DNA research and micro-biology, I believe that I can say without a doubt that we came from God and that Adam and Eve were our first parents.  I recently watched a video called "Unlocking the Mystery of Life".  This tape is about some scientists who were evolutionists, but with all of the recent advances in science, came to the conclusion that there is no possible way that things could have evolved.

Without any reasonable doubt, chemical or biological evolution is quite impossible.  Some people are so desperate to believe that we developed without being created that they have put forth the theory that we somehow came from outer space.  One theory was that a spaceship dumped their garbage and that started the evolutionary process.  But that just is an attempt to hide the lack of evidence for the theory of evolution.  Fossils, dinosaurs, the geologic record all fit into the record that we read in the Bible.  Some would have us believe otherwise, but science proves the trueness of the of God's Word.  You can trust the Bible!
