If You're Having Trouble Listening... Posted on 3-9-2009
WOTR News Article As a result of our recent server move to increase performance, we needed to change some settings. Since then, some listeners have reported that they are having trouble launching WOTR from our website. The reason for this is that their web browser is loading an older version of our website (before we adjusted the settings on the server).

If you are also having this problem, the solution is very simple: All you need to do is clear out your web browser's cache and temporary internet files so that you can see the latest version of our website.

We have provided instructions for this below:

Internet Explorer 7:
1. From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options".
2. Click the "General" tab.
3. Next to "Temporary Internet Files", click "Delete files".
4. Click Close, and then click OK to exit.

Firefox:
1. From the "Tools" menu, select "Clear Private Data", and then check "Cache".
2. Click "Clear Private Data Now".

If you need any further help with this or any other problem, please use the "Contact" button up above and we will be more than happy to assist you further!

May the Lord Jesus be with you continually,

Site Successfully Moved: Welcome to Our New home! Posted on 3-4-2009
WOTR News Article As a follow up to our last news update, we wanted to let you all know that we have now successfully moved the website to the new server. Earlier this week, the site went offline because our old server couldn't handle the amount of visitors this site has been receiving. We needed to make the move to accommodate the big increase in traffic that has taken place over the past few months.

As a result of the move, there may be a few bugs around the site that we are still working out, so we thank you for your patience during this time of transition. We also wanted to let you know that we are working on updating some areas of our site that have been in need of an update for some time.

Again, we want to praise praise the Lord because He continues to bring more and more people to our website and that we are able to upgrade at this time. We thank God for faithfully providing the funds to pay for this upgrade, and we're very grateful that he has laid it upon the hearts of our listeners to help make this possible with their financial gifts to this ministry.

May the Lord Jesus be with you continually,

Moving to a new server, may result in site downtime Posted on 3-3-2009
WOTR News Article We wanted to let our listeners know that we will be moving our website to a new server over the next few days which means that the site may be inaccessible at times during this transition period. The reason for the move is that we need to upgrade to a better server because we have had a big increase in listeners and visitors over the last few months, and as a result, our current web host can no longer support the amount of traffic this site is getting on a daily basis.

So we praise the Lord that He continues to bring more and more people to our website and that we are able to upgrade at this time. We thank God for faithfully providing the funds to pay for this upgrade, and we're very grateful that he has laid it upon the hearts of our listeners to help make this possible with their financial gifts to this ministry.

Thank you for your patience during this time and we hope to be on the upgraded server as soon as possible. In the meantime, you will still be able to listen to our stations without interruption as they are hosted on a server that is seperate from our website's server. We encourage you to bookmark our stations in your favorite audio player so that you can tune in even if our website is temporarily unavailable.

May the Lord Jesus continue to guide you in all that you do,
-- The WOTR Staff
