Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. Long time no see... :p
Glad to see everyone is doing well. It is absolutely crazy to think how much JO has helped it's members over the years. I'm really proud of everything we built back in the day and I'm so happy I had the privilege to spend my childhood with you guys.
It's difficult to describe how much this place helped me growing up. I owe an incredible amount to you all.
I felt like I learned so much at JO. This is where I initially learned all my Photoshop skills by doing skins, signatures (and whatever else), had my first taste of playing with code. I gained such important leadership skills at a young age due to the faith that was put into me by you guys, especially Mene, who was willing to take the chance of putting this kid on the council and let him show what he can do.
Nowadays I'm busy working in software development and was recently made Development Manager last year, where I manage a team in our new office in Liverpool (in a building surrounded by pubs, AHHHHHH!!). But I feel like without any of the experience I gained with JO, it just wouldn't have panned out this way at all. It's all helped me, professionally and personally. I really can't thank you all enough.
But more importantly, thank you for all the brilliant times we had here. Hilarious memories that (after all these years) I still laugh at.
So long may JO continue, and hopefully I'll get to see more of you guys moving forward.
