And to finish this off, here's the lightsaber that Ving inherited from his mother, if you read his bio you know what I mean. It's about 50 years old, so I made it more bulky than Ving's sleek lightweight hilts. No blade power or length alteration knobs, just a simple on/off switch. Electrum detailing, combined with a lighter coloured metal to create a very Jedi looking saber, in my opinion. A lot of it is beauty over function. It's also an entirely different style from Ving's sabers. It kinda shows how he was more sith than jedi, and stuck with that saber design, instead of anything inspired by his mother's. For the more lore-obsessed members, like myself, this lightsaber is designed with Form V: Shien/ Djem So in mind, hence the vague similarity to Anakin/Vader's sabers. (He was a Form V specialist and his saber was designed to fit that). Ving's more of a... freestyle combatant. Unpredictable and constantly changing.
