Offences - Mid level
Information:
We will give Offences to those that do not fullfill their duties or the Council's expectations. At first, it will be a warning sent in Private and also recorded in the records. Afterward, it will become Major Offence.
The code should be followed to a 'T'. If it is not, punishment will be dealt to ensure the well being of the entire clan.

Mid Level Offences (MD)
A- Back talking, arguing with and/or disrespecting fellow teammates.
B- Admin Power abuse(s) (goofing around such as editing description in-game, etc.)
C- Personal attacks toward others (racist commments or concerning their personal life)
D- Defying a Master's authority (minor, ex: A request not to enter the Council chamber)
E- Disobeying the Code (minor, After first warning)
F- Planting false and incriminating information concerning a fellow members via gossip or other means.
G- Disrespecting a higher ranking member. Even if between 2 people of the same rank, the one who has been in the Order longer is higher in rank. But all must respect each other no matter the rank or length in Order. We all have a say and must be heard.
H- Helping or Hiding a known Wanted person.
I- Swearing or using profane language excessively. (minor, after 2nd warning)
J- Laming in any form. (minor, after 1st warning)
K- After Being Warned 3 times to participate more in the forums. (member hasn't posted in the forums for more than 3 days on several occasions)

The consequence of a Mid offence.
Temporary banning (a few days)
Retraining. Retraining differs by rank. More information below:
Council Members : Loss of Council Membership for 5 (Jedi Order) years.
Master : Loss of rank for 1 year.
For other ranks : Loss of Title for half a year to a lower title. After the period, the Jedi must again do the Trials to regain his/her previous title. For those who have a Padawan, the training will have to wait and the padawan may choose a different master. While Retraining, a member cannot train others.

Major Level Offences (M)
A- 3 Mid level offences.
B- Admin Power abuse(s) (major, ex: kicking someone from guild without reason)
C- Defying Master authority (major, after 3 warnings)
D- Disobeying the Code (major, Master and Master-Code, after Mid offence E)
E- Evading, not following through with Mid level Consequences.
F- Major disrespect of a higher ranking member. Even if between 2 people of the same rank, the one who has been in the Order longer is higher in rank.
G- Attempting to sabotage our server, site and Clan.
H- Using a character with a different name so we don't know who you are.
I- Giving out the Password(s) for the servers.
J- Anticipating the decision(s) and/or Opinion(s) of the Council.
K- Swearing or using profane language. (major, after being warned and given a minor)
L- Laming in any form. (major, after being warned and given a minor)
