I cannot say the entire process as its not always the same.. But a master will choose you.. you may not know at first, but before you are assigned. A Master-trainer will most likely out of
respect ask you if you would wish to be their Apprintice.

Process takes various times, in the past we've had new members become a Learner in a week, sometimes it takes longer. With the wait of the launch it may take a little longer in this case. In a few weeks theres a great deal more for you all then just the launch of TOR.
