The MLB season started today. Anyone here like baseball? I haven't paid attention as much the past few years, but I think I'm going to try to more this year.

Always wanted to play baseball. I played a smaller scale version- Softball, here back at school.. Always used to really enjoy it.

i think baseball is the original "special kids" sport everyone gets to play catch, or stand around, then they get to try to hit a ball with a stick.

I played in a league in Mexico for 4 years and in Canada for 2.
To be honest, after the strike, I am one of those who said...I don't care anymore and although I played Softball for 5 years in my adult life and enjoy playing the game, I could care less about MLB now.

Maybe if the Jays stop being screwed by being in the same division as the Red Sock and Yanks, maybe one day we'll make it to the playoffs again and interest might pick up.

For now, without Holiday here to pitch, I could care less and predict we lose over 100 games.

I think baseball is as exciting to watch as a good old game of golf. No matter how NOT tired i am, after the first 2 inings i am OUT like a light....
