A few things I didn't elaborate on in the audio:
After Attributes and Skills, there are Talents/Spells. You have a large variety of these to choose from, which allow you to make different attacks.
TACTICS: Pretty much an awesome feature. It's like an elaborate version of the pet control system on WoW. However in this you can choose how the characters react to what happens to themselves and others around them and save it as a preset. For instance if somebody attacks your mage you can set a warrior to intercept the attack. It's a big help!
