« on: March 13, 2007, 11:44 AM »
Hmm well this is new.

As soon as i find somone to weigh the Jedi wolf model and i need to use MSN i get an error -.- Typical.

Error is:

Signing in to Windows Live Messenger failed because service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

Error code: 800401f3

Jaden informed me that i have to do a windows repair, and if this is the case im screwed. I dont have my windows disk as a friends got it who lives a long way away from me.

Anyone eles got a solution to fixing this?

If you took time to actually read the error message, and looking up the errorcode.

Signing in to Windows Live Messenger failed because service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.
It's due of wrongly registered MSDOS components.

For anyone who will get this error in the future (MSN 8 and up.)

Open up command prompt.

Then type each of those once.

regsvr32 Dssenh.dll /s
regsvr32 Gpkcsp.dll /s
regsvr32 Slbcsp.dll /s
regsvr32 Sccbase.dll /s
regsvr32 Softpub.dll /s
regsvr32 Wintrust.dll /s
regsvr32 Initpki.dll /s
regsvr32 Rsaenh.dll /s
regsvr32 Mssip32.dll /s
regsvr32 Cryptdlg.dll /s
regsvr32 Msxml3.dll /s
