Well I use Paypal for international payments. very Few finnish visa electrons work, or accept internationally.

register -> enter credit card info -> buy from a site that use paypal -> pay using paypal -> paypal gets the money from your card and sends it forward to the seller

the payment to the seller is instant, but it takes few working days for paypal to get the money from your card.

and there are some sellers, like on ebay, that only accept paypal, because its safer and sellers know for sure that they get the money.

when you want to attach a credit card to your paypal account, they will send you a 2$ bil if i remember correctly. there's a code in a bill that you need to type in paypal to make sure you are the owner of that cardl

oh and after you enter the code, thay will give you that 2$ back

I've never really used it all that much, too tempting to buy things online when in reality I'm quite poor.  The greater the distance between the things I want and the money I have, the better I'm able to afford the things I need... like food and tuition :/ why must they be so expensive? I want another terabyte hard drive...

I use it for one reason, and one reason only....to pay Kaeawc for the server!!!

Ask Kae man, he knows how to do anything with Paypal.
