AAARRGH NO HOPE

Sorry I had to vent my rage >:(

JKA is really being a pain. Have I been blind for the past few years, is it normal for one's name to keep displaying in the top left corner?

Details:
Ever 30 or so seconds a message appears in the top left corner :(name is: "SilentShaolin" default: "Padawan") just like I typed it in to the console. If I am in the console at the time, it does one of two things. (1) Appends the text "name;" to what I was typing, or (2) Shuts down the game.

I've tried uninstalling the game, it doesn't work, I even deleted every folder dealing with JKA and completely re-installed the game and it STILL does it. It gets very annoying. VERY annoying indeed, especially when it crashes the game. Is there a setting I could change to make it stop????

It's Xfire, you need to disable an option but I forget which.

I got it.. I disabled "Show Chat Messages Ingame" and it worked! Thanks again, master!
