FPS Murder!

I dunno wtf happend.
All in the same day, I play JK and its running Just fine, I go off for a few hours, then i get 10 FPS WTF!
I tried running it on a single core process, and dual core process, I rolled back my computer (system restore)

Nothing helps Nothing changed.

GTA runs fine at max settings, Dreamcast, PSX, N64 Emulators work just fine, only JKA is having a problemb.
