I can't see npcs on single player and It doesn't show that I have a skin, weapon, or anything. I can't move around.

you have probably installed too much stuff for mp or got too many sp mods which caused jka sp to malfunction.

Remove any files in your base folder that you don't use anymore.

By any chance. Are you loading a mod in SP like JA+? If so do you have pk3's in there that could go in your base?
