Sure!

Well, I tried it on Ubuntu, and I was able to make it work with a trail version of cedega. Note that cedega isn't free. (though the console was not working, but that's fixable).

Or you could use wine to make it work.

Wine is a free windows emulation tool (to run windows applications under windows).
Winehq.org says that if you are installing Ubuntu 7.10 "Gutsy" x86_64 (+ variants like Kubuntu) it should work flawlessly under wine.

I have no idea.

I only tried Ubuntu.

But I'd guss that cedega works on suse, since I noticed it also worked for Os X, why not all or most verions of linux?

FYI - I've been a full time linux user for several years now, and am willing to help out anyone who is still interested.
jka works great under wine, as does cs:s.

Linux distros vary but here's the ones I have ran:
gentoo
ubuntu
debian
redhat
suse
slackware
centos
yellow dog
FreeBSD
NetBSD
Solaris

It is. But between you and me, the SuSE package management needs some help. Viva la emerge!
