When the special edition came out sometime in the 90's it was being shown again in the cinemas. My dad was really excited about taking me to see The Empire Strikes Back as it was one of his favourite films, I loved it and saw Return of the Jedi when it came to the cinemas a few months later, loved it, like most kids I was really into the lightsaber and space stuff after seeing it, went through the stage of twirling 'round sticks pretending it was a lightsaber for a while.

The Empire Strikes Back is my favourite film, so the memory of going to the cinema with my dad is very fond.

I first saw Star Wars when I was about two or three years old. Mom and dad were watching all three movies back to back, and I was sitting in a play-pen/crib-thing being bored while they watched their adult movies. I think I fell asleep between the end of Ep. V and the beginning of  VI cause I remember hearing "Luke, I AM your father...," blanking out for a little while, looking up and wondering who Luke's father was, and seeing Jabba the Hutt and then going back to sleep satisfied that the big fat monster was Luke's father. Although I did wonder why he never talked in that deep voice again, just made wierd noises the rest of the time.

I think this might actually have been my first memory, and probably the most clear baby memory I have.

Yeah... my first memory was that Jabba was Luke's father. Right.

That's really awesome.

My earliest memory is me lying down in a pram/buggy/whateveryoucallitintheUSA, looking up and seeing my sister and mum fuss me. Not sure if it was a dream I had at that really young age or not, though.

Another one is me racing a friend of mine down an alleyway on our tricycles. It was pointless though because the alleyway was so thin neither of us could overtake unless we had the perfect chance.

I really want to go gokarting again..

First time I ever saw a Lightsaber.

Ben Kenobi, igniting Anakin Skywalkers lightsaber in the small house on tatooine. Ever since that moment, I was fascinated with lightsabers.

Then I just grew to love it all.

I remember when my parents bought the boxed VHS set of the original trilogy. I loved it the first time I saw it.

It was a week or so before episode 1 was released. Overhere when a new star wars film used to came out, all the others would appear on TV and stuff. So I saw episode 6 on tv. Just the Jabba part in the beginning. But I had to go to bed, lol.
But my aunt had taped it for me, so when I saw the entire movie I was sold
