I am talking about the actual Xfire clan we have. I am not sure, but I think it was Master Lei who set it up. It needs some twinking because it says Barrow is still in JO, and some PL's are still PL and not J.

No I din't set any JO xfire clan section. I think it was Master Rink, I always get his clan invitation when I login xfire but I can't seem to accept.

basicly its just an X-Fire grouping of clan members, If you click a JO members name and look in thier mini profile, you can see 'Clans/Guilds' and it should say *<JO>* for most of us.

You know you can just modify your rank in the Xfire clan.  Master Rink only needs to remove Barrow and update our actual ranks.

Ive been thinking, I would happily take control over this if Master Rink finds it difficult to update it. Im always looking at it and see things need changing so I dont mind doing it.

When a new member is accepted or someone is trialed a Councilor must always be there, so it would make sense to have someone in the Council that does it.  Or a Council account they can all log into to update the clan roster.  Doesn't make sense for others to do it since they aren't required to be at these occassions.  As individuals we might be away or busy with our lives at some point, but as a Council they can coordinate who will be taking care of it: there will always be someone to do it.  That's what I meant.
