After traveling for only a few minutes, Jorka and Josati had breached the outskirts of one of the many Korunnai towns. All the memories were flashing back to Jorka, the distinctive places he used to play around as a young child were still in tact, although worn, things did not feel any different from his child hood days. Kid's were playing, just like he used to, mothers and children were laughing, fathers were playing their role amoung the place as "security" for the younger ones as well as the mothers and wifes.
But Jorka could sense that the young ones were shaded from the more violent activitys that were taking place.
Moving on deeper into the village, Josati shouted out another command in Koronnal to the Akk dogs, and they instantly changed their direction, sending Jorka and Josati down an all to fimiliar road for Jorka. He knew exactly were the two where heading, and Jorka understood that his time had come.
"You know when my father called me back to Haruun Kal, i didnt think it was for the trial of man-hood" said Jorka with a suprised voice.
"You are ready Jorka, although younger than the recommended age, you have become far more stronger and wiser than even the wise Elder Kusato."
"I would have to disagree there, he has far more knowledge than me, he has learned a lot over the years, and he even trained with a Jedi Master once." Jorka replied with a calm voice.
"Maybe so but he has become very weak, he is suffuring from many illnesses right now, the Jungle has been rash lately, and he has not been able to keep it on a secure level for awhile."
Jorka started to wonder why Josati doubted the abilitys of an Elder who has been the saviour of the Korunnai tribes so many times. Jorka was born a Korun, and although not being around them all of his life, he knows it is unacceptable to talk about a fellow Korunnai in such a way.
The Akk dogs came to a skidding halt without even being commanded to stop. It was obvious they knew their way around, besides, they are used continuesly through out the day. Josati hopped out of the Carriage and landed hard on the tough ground below his feet. It was often thought strange as to how the Kuron tribes were based in the Jungles on Haruun Kal, but the land they inhabitted did not consist of grass and plants that one would think it should be. Instead, the land the Korun spent most of the time on, was hard muddy and desert like, people say this is due to wear and tear, as people walk on it every day on a constant basis.
They both made their way into a round shaped stone building that was the head office of the Korun tribe. Walking inside Jorka could sense much energy coming from its wall. Banners were hanging from the walls, many of past tribe members or famous Korunnai people.
"Come on Jorka we dont have time for sight seeing, their waiting" said Josati who made it clear we were in a hurry.
Jorka snapped out of his little day dream and turned his head towards Josati, giving him a quick nod, Josati led them through many corridors that seemed rather endless. Finally reaching a room that looked similar to a council room, they both entered and bowed deep and respectfully before the Elders of one of the many Korun tribes.
Jorka counted six, he regonized three of them, Elder Kusato was sitting oposite to where Jorka was standing. Sitting to Kusato's left he could see a good friend of his fathers. However he could not remember his name. Then oposite that man on Jorka's left he could see his father. His father gave him a quick smile and nodded and then Elder Kusato began.
"Do you know why you have been called here son of the Sho'Hen name"
"Yes Elder Kusato"
"You are now considerd old enough to take your trial of man-hood which if you pass, we will grant you complete indepence from the Korun tribe and the way you live. It shall all be up to you, as long as you complete the trial" Kusato seemed very intense and serious at this moment, making sure Jorka fully understood.
"I understand" Jorka replied with a firm voice.
