Topic: Weekly RP session.

Master Shin-Tetsu suggested that I should make a poll about this after discussing it with him. My idea is to try help the clan/guild. Activity is not great at the moment but I know real life comes first. 

My idea is simple: 
- A weekly gathering of those who can make it.
- Located in a public place.
- Allow us all to get IC and have some fun.

This has numerous benefits which Master Shin-Tetsu and I discussed:
- May improve activity (in game and on forums)
- Help get our clan/guild out in the community and could get us well know.
- May make new friends whilst RPing (other RPers)
- Could make us allies and enemies (RP purposes; like a dark Jedi guild would be our enemy in RP. Would be fun)
- Could increase our amount of applicants once people see how close and active this clan/guild can be.
- Helps members to get to know everyone else (mainly for new members mingling with old)
- A chance to develop RP skills.
- A chance to help those with none.
- It would allow us to meet up other than at monthly meetings.
- With these gatherings being more often, players will have more chances to participate and will not need to wait a long time till next gathering.

I think it may be a good idea to test run this and see how it goes. If everything goes good for a while it could be a permanent thing (Councillors to decide that). Who knows...it might be that successful, it could become more often (every few days???).

Great idea! I wanted to post this a week ago or so, but I didn't because it would require me to be there during those RP sessions, whereas I wouldn't be able to. However, I strongly suggest doing this during weekdays. I for one am busy on most weekend evenings, hanging out with friends. But, if weekend days will turn out to be good, then so be it.

Mondays, tuesdays and wednesdays would be perfect for me, for example.

I would definitely like if we started doing this! Saturday and Sunday afternoons are the best times for me. Weekdays sometimes work, but not always and anytime before around 10-10:30 am on weekends I'll (hopefully) be catching up on sleep.

Sadly due to current restraints I'm only able to play 6pm onwards GMT, however any day works!

I have classes during the week and I know Master Rando does as well that would prevent us from meeting during the day on weekdays (EST). Tuesdays after 12:30pm EST would work, otherwise for the rest of the weekdays it would have to be in the evening EST which I know can get pretty late in GMT. Weekends I am pretty open to anytime after 11am EST. This really does sound like a fun idea though, so I hope we can make it happen!

So far, the weekend looks like when most people get on.
7.00pm + GMT (2.00 pm + EST ) seems to be most popular time.

Depending on how everything goes we could do one weekend session and one weekday session? For those who can't make weekdays or vice versa.
