Cannot Find Screenshots

This a problem that seems to be plaguing my computer...

When I take screenshots, nothing happens. No saving of files or anything. In JKA, for example, a message shows up telling me that I have taken a screenshot...but no folder appears in the base folder. Searches turn up nothing. Now, the same problem appears to be happening with TES IV: Oblivon (Yes, I did enable screenshots). I'm in the midst of testing now, but so far it seems that neither xfire or fraps can take video/screenshots, and the PrintScrn key only works on Empire at War (need to do more testing).
I have a suspicion that I actually am taking screens, but they cannot be saved for some reason....if I use PrintScrn in Oblivion, then paste, I either get nothing of I just get a stupid black picture >_<

Is your hard drive filled up or are you straining your computer to play those games? I don't know what thats happening.

screenshots usually are in japlus folder btw

This is for SP, not that godforsaken mod.
And I am most certainly not straining my computer, and I have lots of space still on my hard drive.

I meant for oblivion. haha I assumed not for JKA.

Reinstall windows.. Only fix.. :/

Now not to sound redundant or anything but make sure you don't have your base folder set to read only.
